CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By purchasing from Revive Research Labs, you represent and warrant that:

You are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a legitimate research institution, laboratory, or controlled research environment
You understand the hazards associated with handling research chemicals and compounds
You possess the training, equipment, and facilities necessary to safely handle such materials
You will comply with all applicable laws governing purchase, possession, storage, use, and disposal
You accept responsibility for determining regulatory compliance, including TSCA or equivalent requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny Website access to any individual we believe to be unqualified or in violation of these Terms.

FDA AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Statements made on the Website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Revive Research Labs is not a medical provider, pharmacy, compounding facility, or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

ZERO-TOLERANCE MISUSE POLICY (BLACKLIST)

Any communication or behavior suggesting use of products outside their intended research purpose will result in immediate refusal to sell and permanent account termination.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Compounding under Sections 503A or 503B
Performance enhancement or aesthetic use
Consumer, agricultural, or commercial applications
Educational demonstrations involving human or animal subjects

Violations result in a permanent ban. All determinations are final.

NO GUIDANCE; VERIFICATION OF AFFILIATION

Revive Research Labs does not provide usage instructions, dosing guidance, or application recommendations. Requests for such information may be treated as evidence of lack of qualification and may result in order cancellation or account termination.

We reserve the right to request verification of institutional or laboratory affiliation. Failure to provide verification within five (5) business days may result in order cancellation without refund of fees or deposits.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Website content may be viewed, downloaded, or printed solely for internal, non-commercial research purposes. Any modification, redistribution, scraping, automated access, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.

WEBSITE MODIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY

Taxes, duties, and shipping are the Customer’s responsibility

Payment Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Orders are non-cancellable once payment is processed
Refunds are issued only for verified manufacturing defects
Chargebacks initiated without prior written dispute may result in account termination, collections, liquidated damages, and legal action

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for losses or delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Shipping restrictions may apply. We reserve the right to refuse high-risk shipments.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to contamination and safety risks:

No returns
No exchanges
No refunds except for verified manufacturing defects

Claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery with supporting evidence.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Research Labs’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

INDEMNIFICATION
